FUMC STUDENT SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATIONS (2008 – 2009 Academic Year)

All applicants must submit completed application and written essay.

DOC and PDF versions of the 2008 – 2009 application are available below.
Applicants who have Microsoft Word are encouraged to use the DOC file and complete the application electronically.
Applicants may however print the Adobe PDF file and complete by hand.

First-time applicants must submit references. Repeat applicants do not need references.
Therefore, the reference form is for first timers to use with the pastor or youth director.

The additional references should submit a letter outlining why the candidate should be considered for a scholarship.

All applications and supporting information are due to the church office no later than April 7, 2008.
They may be mailed, hand-delivered, or e-mailed to maria@fumccollingswood.org.

Scholarships will be awarded on Student Recognition Sunday in June.
